Content is provided for general information about our services. Concept projects shown on the site are sample designs created by us for illustration and are not client work.
3. Project agreements
Every client project is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement covering scope, price, timeline, intellectual property and confidentiality. If anything here conflicts with that agreement, the agreement prevails.
4. Intellectual property
The site design, text, logo and graphics belong to Kriworld iTech Private Limited. Client source code ownership is transferred as stated in the project agreement, normally once the project is paid in full.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.
6. Third-party links
Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and other services are provided for convenience; their own terms apply.
7. Liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Faridabad, Haryana having jurisdiction.
